Hello, i like to make an enquiry on the procedure of getting married to a french lady in china

If both of you have a singe-status certificate and one of you has a long-term residence permit in PRC, it's possible to get married there. You can prepare your passports, residence permit or entry permit to China, and the notarized and authenticated single-status certificates. Then go together to the local Civil Affairs Bureau to register.
