Thanks for your detailed inputs and request your advise with more infor on below point as I am unable to understand the same.

"You will feel an itch to change your profession" ---- so this means need to change company as recently I moved to a different company in a new geography, if so any guidance by when and which geography will be suitable.

Yes you are right, so is it suggested to change or its just a feel of change I have, so I can continue the existing one...!!!

Please, do not follow every feeling of profession change, and in your case, do not listen to it.
