About:Chinese Embassy in U.K.

Hi,

I wonder if anyone can clarify some points regarding the conditions for a Visa Free Transit through China. I am a British passport holder. I am travelling to Taipei through Pudong Airport. However, my flight tickets are in TWO parts: Paris-->Shanghai (with SWISS Air arriving at 7.25am) and Shanghai-->Taipei (with China Southern Airline leaving 3 hours later on the same day ). I will not leave the airport obviously. Would I be qualified for the Visa Fee Transit?

urgent please advise.
