VOA for Indian passport at Gongbei port

Can anyone please advise on below points.
1. Can we get VOA at Gongbei port with Indian passport.
2. How much time required to get VOA at port and also cost for entry permit
3. Do we need to carry any booking. Plan for a day visit there
4. Can we use same visa to go Shenzhen.

1. It's possible for you to get VOA at Gongbei port. You can call them to confirm that beforehand.
2. You can get the result within ten minutes if only few people are waiting there. The VOA may cost RMB168/person.
3. You don't have to carry any booking for that.
4. You can use the VOA to enter Shenzhen.
