Tourist visa for Vietnamese living in Japan

I hold Vietnamese passport with residence in Japan till 2020 (working entry permit).

I plan to visit Shanghai this September for a few days. Can I get free entry for 30 days like going to Taiwan (only need to apply via internet)?
If It's neccessary to to apply for the entry permit, please kindly give me the info of travel agency in Tokyo so that I can ask for more details.
Many thanks in advance and best regards!

Mickey, no, you cannot get free entry to Shanghai and you should apply for a tourist L type to go there.
You can find the information of travel agencies at the official website of the embassy of PRC in Japan.
