About:Macau Visa Policy

Macau visa for Vietnamese in Hongkong

Im going to HK this Aug for 5 day-vacation. Can I apply for Macau entry permit in the meantime while Im there ? I can do the rush express one and spend 1 or 2 days in Macau. I probably need a Macau entry permit cos Im holding Vietnamese passport. Just afraid that they'll demand you to apply for it from your own country (first time). And I just don't want to go back to Vietnam (studying bachelor in TW)

Liam, if so, you are advised to apply for it when you are in Taiwan because you don’t have HK residence permit and you just go there for 5 days, it’s difficult for you to apply in HK.
If you go to Macau for sightseeing purpose, you can apply for a tourist entry permit.
You can first prepare the relevant documents including copy of your passport, the application form, a passport-style photo, proof of your financial support, hotel reservation, transportation arrangement, your travel plan, and your residence permit in Taiwan. And then post your application to Macau immigration department to apply for it.
