About:72-Hour Visa-Free Transit

Am I eligible for the 72-H visa free transit?

I'm a Haitian citizen with a USA green card, I'm traveling to South Korea this summer and I have a long layover in Beijing? Will I be eligible to apply for the 72-H free transit?
