About:Transfer in T3 of Beijing Capital Airport

2 connections Taiyuan-Beijing-Paris

I have to take a flight from Taipei to Paris. With 2 stop at taiyuan airport and PEK (overnight).
I'm french and my girlfriend is taiwanese. Do you know if we need a visa transit? for the domestic flight and the transfer in PEK?

May I know if the total duration of the two layover is within 24h? If so, neither of you need a visa. But if you plan to leave either airport for a short visit during transit, you can apply for a stay permit at Taiyuan Airport. However, if your transit time exceeds 24h, both of you need to apply for transit visa in advance.

the total duration is around 15h,(4h in Taiyuan and 11h in PEK). So , according to you, it should be alright without visa.
I heard that they will give us a 24h stamp visa on our passport.

Oh, I guess you plan to go out of PEK for a short visit, right? If so, you should have the stamp visa thing (Stay Permit) at Taiyuan. Then there won't be amny problem. No visa is needed at all. Don't worry!
