Overstaying?

How's the duration of stay defined? Some website stated it's from the date you entered China and this website said the day after you entered. Is there any grace period for someone with Type M visa, if so, how many days and where can I find the official information for it?

Mina, the stay duration counts from the date after you enter PRC. You can find the official information on the website of the Chinese embassy.
