tourist in macau, visa needed or not?

hi, I would ask to regarding tourist in macau? I came from Philippines and I want to visit my boyfriend there as a tourist. should I need an entry permit since I'm Asian and I have a residence permit here in Norway as a au pair? hoping for your reply. :)
