About:Transfer in T3 of Beijing Capital Airport

Travelling from Toronto to Shenzhen with transfer at Beijing

How long is the process to go from International to Domestic? I'm flying Hainan and it says I go from Terminal 2 to Terminal 1? I have a 2 hour and 35 min layover time, will that be enough time for me to go through customs and everything?

Dear Chin. For your case, the MCT is 120min, so your time is totally enough to transfer. Don't worry! And all signs are clearly marked both in Chinese and English for your convenience at the airport.

Thanks so much! Also, if I'm flying the same airline, do I have to pick up my luggage at BJ and check them back in or will it be sent through all the way to Shenzhen?

I'm afraid so. It is regulated that transfer from international to domestic at PEK requires baggage reclaim. For the presice info, I'd recommend you reconfirm with ur airline.
