About:China Family Reunion Visa

Apply Q Visa in HK for Turkish pass holder

I will fly in soon to HK, i am a turkish pass holder and with permanent residence permit in Germany.
I have a son in China and not married, i would like to apply China Q Type in HK, can apply it with the birth certificate, certification of kinship issued by Public Security Bureau or notarized certification?

Polat, if your son holds Chinese passport, you can apply for Q type; but if your son holds Turkish passport, you should apply for S type.
And if you don’t have residence permit in HK, I’m afraid it’s not easy for you to apply for it in HK. Of course, you can have a try!
The relationship certificate should be notarized by the issuing authorities and attested by the embassy of PRC.
