About:72-Hour Visa-Free Transit

144 hour free transit in Shanghai

Hi, I'm travelling from New Zealand to Shanghai via Dubai on one ticket and Shanghai, Hong Kong New Zealand on different ticket do I have to apply for a visa or can I use the 144 hour free transit?

Arun, if your travel route is like this: New Zealand – Dubai- Shanghai-HK-New Zealand, you don’t need to apply for it and you can make use of the 144 hour free transit. Separate air tickets are fine.
