About:Transfer in T3 of Beijing Capital Airport

I have connecting flight going to u.s via air philipines airline and air canada in Beijing.

Do I need to claim luggage everytime i landed?

Do you hold through tickets? If yes, you needn't claim your luggage at PEK. :)
