About:Chongqing Travel

We intend to travel from Chengdu to Chongqing.

I need to stay overnight near the Airport hotel because of the night flight.

1) Which chengdu railway station that go to CQ railway station(bullet).
2)Can I buy the ticket on the very day going to CQ?
3)How many days is enough to visit the city? As we are interested in the Dazu cave and
some the tourist spots.
4)Which hotel (3 stars) to stay near the tourist spot and easy travelling to the railway station?

1). Bullet train only runs to CQ North Railway Station, You are adviced to take it from Chengdu East Railway Station. The trip takes nearly 2 hours.

2). You are advised to book the train ticket in advance in case that the tickets should be sold out. You may book through TravelChinaGuide. If interested, their contact information is booking@travelchinaguide.com.

3). Three days is enough for you to cover major attractions. Apart from the cave, you can also go to see the Jiefangbei Square, Chaotianmen Square and Ciqikou Old Town.

4). For accommodation, you may consider the Yangtze Island Hotel at No. 82-1, Zourong Road, Yuzhong District. It is adjacent to Jiefangbei Square.
From the North Railway Station, take metro line 3 to Niujiaotuo Station. Then, change to line 2 to Linjiangmen Station, Exit D. Walk east for about 150 yards, and turn right. Walk south for about 120 yards, and you can see it. :)
