train booked up

Question

We wish to take an overnight ride(soft sleeper) from Chengdu to Xian on June 17. The schedule web page shows no places remaining on the evening rides. Is it likely that there will be cancellations od should we just pick an alternate one?

In fact i can see that there are still soft sleeper on K6 for your date here. There can be more available if some cancel their ticket, but this is a possibility only. By the way, it is advisable to choose the rides stop at Xian railway station. As i know, Xian South is far from the city center.
