About:72-Hour Visa-Free Transit

I do not see this 144 hour free transit visa on the official China Embassy website

In verifying this new visa information relating to 144 hours, I have checked the Chinese Embassy online, but it only refers to the original 72 hours with no mention of 144 hours. Any ideas anyone?

Linda, this policy has been implemented since January 30 this year. It's still new to many foreigners. And it's normal that you don't find it on the official website of PRC embassy. Maybe it just doesn't update the website in time.
