About:Chinese Embassy in Portugal

does a felony affect the visa applitcaion?

Can an American, with a felony for drugs 20 years ago, which was also expunged, and 2 misdemeanors, from 12 years ago, get a work visa for China?

Mike, I’m afraid it’s risky because after you find a job, your employer will apply for the alien employment permit for you. During the application process, the non-criminal record will be required.
