Hello, I am supposed to spend one day in Huangshan to climb the mountain.

The weather forecast says it is going to rain from tomorrow (stormy-heavy rainfalls) for the next 5 days.
Is there a chance to visit the mountains even if it's stormy? Does the entrance close in case of storm?
