About:China Visa Fees

Hi my visa is L type and my daughter too, and I'm married with Chinese man

But my Chinese entry permit are already expired 4 months ago can you help me how to renew and stay here for a year? What type can I choose?

Dear, I’m afraid you cannot renew your L type now because you have overstayed. You should report your overstay to the local police station as soon as possible and then you need to pay the fine. After that, you can apply for an exit pass to exit.
After you go back to your home country and wait for a while, you can apply for a family Q1 type to enter PRC to stay with your husband for a year.
