Transfering Residence Permit

I will be taking my husband's last name and will be going home to get a new passport. Will I be able to come back to China showing both, my new passport with a new last name and the residence permit I have in my current passport or I will have to get a new visa in my new passport back home first?

Tanya, since the names on the two passports are not the same, you cannot use both passports to enter. So if you renew your passport in your country, you need to get a new visa.
