Can I go to CVASC in Brisbane and get visa for tourist over the counter same day?

If the area you live belongs to the consular district of the CVASC in Brisbane, you can go there to apply for it. But you cannot get it the same day. Even though you choose the urgent service, it takes 2 working days.
