how can i reach guangdong baiyun city hotel from baiyun airport?

It is supposed to be located at 179 West Huanshi Road, Yuexiu District - Railroad Station.My brother and myself will be arriving at airport this April 22, 2016 around 10pm. Will trains and buses still be operational at that time to take us to the hotel? Also, approximately how much would it cost? Thank you.
