Does everyone get approved for this L type? If I'm traveling in November, is it too early to apply for it now?

Eli, not everyone can get the L type application approved, but it's not that hard. The L type is easy to get if you have a detailed travel plan and you have a decent income. It's too early to apply for it now. You are advised to apply in October.
