US citizen reside in Hungary.Can I apply for a 10 year visa in Hungary,or do I need to apply in US?

Dear, as far as I know, you don’t have to apply for it from your home country. Maybe you can apply for it from a third country. Because you passport must have a remaining validity of at least 1 year.
