About:Chinese Embassy in South Korea

American in seoul

Hi I'm an American citizen studying in Seoul and want to go to China for a few days in a few weeks. Do I need to apply for a visa or anything? Thank you in advance,

Jack, yes, you need to apply for a visa to go to PRC. If you go there for tourism purpose, you should apply for a tourist L type ahead of your trip.
