About:144-Hour Visa-Free Transit

lay over in guangzhou

I'm a French citizen coming to Hong Kong but flying to guangzhou and then taking train to HK and 3 days later train back to guangzhou and flying to paris . What Kind of visa can I use?

Juliana, if your layover time is less than 24 hours for both of your entries in Guangzhou respectively, you can enjoy the 24 hour direct transit. In this case, no entry permit is needed.
But if your layover time in Guangzhou is more than 24 hours for your two stops in Guangzhou, a double-entry transit G type or tourist L type is needed.
