144 Hour Visa Free Transit

I am arriving on April 12th using the 144 Hour Free Transit. Can you tell me the procedure or forms that need to be filled out?

Julie, when you board the plane, you should inform the carrier that you want to use the 144 hour free transit in Shanghai, and then the carrier will declare your request to the Shanghai airport immigration inspection. You need to fill the Arrival/Departure Card on the flight. Upon arrival, you can just follow the direction boards to the 144 hour counter to apply for the 144 hour stay permit.
