About:Chinese Embassy in Syria

goverment approval

i live in UAE, and accompanying a family member who's going for a short business trip, but we were asked for government approval paper at the embassy in dubai, any idea of this paper, or the new rules for Syrians?

This letter is not new to the applicants in some countries. It should be issued by a duly authorized unit in China, usually some agencies under the Foreign Affairs Ministry. You can ask the business partner in PRC to go the local Foreign Affairs Office to apply it for you.

this only applies for the member who's goin for business, i am going as a tourist therefore i cannot obtain it from business partner in china, how to obtain this paper for its my first time nor do i know anyone who lives china that can apply it for me

Sorry for the late reply! You can get it from a qualified travel agency in China. It's true that the letter is necessary to provide in some countries even though the applicant go as a tourist.
