About:Special Services of Hong Kong Airport Express

I am am traveling from india to Hongkong with my wife and 2 kids can by malindo airlines.

Can i just show my tickets and boarding pass and take a free bus from airport to empire hotel at Tsim Sha Tsui?
Or I have to make booking before if it is free? Can i make it before hand online? Or i have to book at the airport when i arrive? The terminal shows bus line k4 .as soon as my flight lands after the visa can i directly go to k4 and take a free bus drop to empire hotel?

Well, you have misunderstood this. It is called AE Free Shuttle Bus, and is only free to AE passengers.
Thus you have to take AE line from the airport to Kowloon Station first. Then, enjoy the free bus to get to your hotel.
You needn't book it in advance. Just show your AE ticket and same day boarding pass, and you can get onto it. :)
