About:Shanghai Pudong Airport

Arrivals facilities, Shanghai Pudong Airport, T2

I have a six hour wait for a colleague to arrive, are there any lounges or café/restaurant facilities in arrivals that I can use? Additionally, is wifi freely available in T2 arrivals?

Yes, you are suggested to find a cafe shop or restaurant to eat some food and take some rest. Starbucks, Dunkin' Donuts and Burger King are available in T2. Many detailed English signs can help you find these places easily.
Starbucks & Dunkin' Donuts: Boarding Gate C50 -C57, 2F, T2
Burger King: Nearby International Arrival Hall, 2F, T2
In addition, you can enjoy the free wi-fi in T2. Don't worry.
