About:Embassy of Kazakhstan in China

kazakhstan visa

I am a New Zealand citizen with a Chinese residence permit. I intend to travel from Beijing to Kazakhstan then onto Azerbajian. I have an Azerbajain work visa as proof of depature from Kazakhstan. Can I obtain a Kazakhstan entry permit in Beijing at the Kazakhstan embassy

I should add that I wish to travel by train from China to Kazakhstan
