How many documents do we need to get VOA Macau and how much does it cost?

Hello, I am an Cambodian passport. I have a plan to visit Hong Kong and Macau. If I apply for VOA Macau, what documents do I need? And how much does it cost?

You need to provide your passport, the return ticket, hotel reservation, and enough travel fees to apply for VOA there.
It costs 100 pataca.
