About:72-Hour Visa-Free Transit

Multi cities transit entry

I'm USA passport holder, If I book my own individual tickets Lax-Beijing-Singapore and Singapore-Xian-Lax. Can I use the 72 hours visa free transit both times?

Erda, if so, you can use the 72 hour free transit both times as long as your layover time in Beijing and Xian is less than 72 hours respectively.
