About:Facilities & Services in T3 of Beijing Capital Airport

Hello, If I have a layover of 12 hours overnight at Beijing Capital Airport,

am I allowed to stay in the airport to wait for my next flight?

Yes! You are eligible to the 24h visa-free policy. So, you can stay at PEK to wait for the next flight.
By the way, you may stay on the west side of Public Area, Arrival Hall, 2F, T3-C. You can book a room by dialing at 86-010-64558577. It provides shower facities. :)
