About:Chinese Embassy in Malaysia

Hi, I would like to legalised letter of consent at Embassy China in KL, Malaysia

This is for trademark matters. The letter of consent consist of 3 pages and written in English Language. Kindly advice the procedure and the total cost for legalization

You should first get it notarized by the local notary office, and then have it attested by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Malaysia; after that, have it attested by the embassy of PRC.
It costs 160 ringgits.

Thank you for your reply, however we would be glad if you could kindly advice the legalisation fees RM160 should pay in cash or bank draft? When is the operation hour as I should bring my document to PRC to legalisation and how long I can take back the documents.

After you submit the application, it usually takes 4 working days to process it. You should pay in cash when you collect the documents.
