cost of accomodations on huashan

We are a family of 5 - (2 children under 12) traveling in April
How much can we expect to pay at a hotel for 1 night? Is it negotiable?
I read that there are also hostels for 30-50 RMB/bed. Are there many on East Peak?

As far as I know, there is only one hotel on East Peak and the rate is about 150 RMB/bed. You may try to negotiate the price but you are suggested to book it in advance during travel high season.
