I don't think so. It will be very hot, especially in Wuhan, and the temperature can be just fine on the mountain. If it is flexible, I'd suggest you change your plan to Sep. - Nov. Otherwise, just go. Prepare summer clothing for ur trip in the city, and pants and long-sleeved shirts for the mountain experience.
