About:Chinese Embassy in Japan

visa from japan to china

Hi, I'm Italian, my name is Antonio: this summer i'll lead a tourists group in Japan. After I'll leave them and probably I like to visit some cities of China (Shangai, Bejing). May I do the application directly in Japan? Where? Is it possible to reserve with you a train (for example from Shangai to Bejing), or an hostel?
Thanks for your answer, bye
Antonio V.

Antonio, you can apply for it at the embassy of PRC in Japan. May I know which city you are in now so that I can tell you which consulate general you should go?

Hi, thanks for your answer. I'll be in Tokyo from 25th of July to 1st of August. Then I'll come back to Tokyo the 8th of August. Do you know if the Embassy of PRC give me the visa immediately? Or it's better if I give them my papers first and I take the visa when I come back to Tokyo? Do you know also the price, approximately? Thanks, bye Antonio V.

Dear, if so, you can apply for it at the embassy of PRC in Tokyo.
If you prepare all the required documents and submit your application, it usually takes 4 working days to process your application and it costs 4000 yen. Or you can choose an express service (only taking 2 working days, extra fee 3000 yen) or rush service (only taking one working day, extra fee 4000 yen). Of course, you can apply for it when you go back to Tokyo.

Sorry, I forget one of your questions yesterday, if you want to reserve the train or hotel, you can contact with TCG by bookingtravelchinaguide.com.
