About:144-Hour Visa-Free Transit

144 hour visa

we are flying from Sydney to Hong Kong with Cathay then connecting flight to Shanghai with Dragon air.
Then flying to London 4 days later with Virgin Atlantic.
Any problems or advice getting 144 hour free transit?
