144 hours free visa

Hello I am Swedish, and thought to go from Copenhagen airport to Beijing and then to Shanghai and after that to Bangkok and then back home.
can I use it 144 hours free visa?

The 144-hour visa-free transit policy has been carried out in Shanghai, Jiangsu, and Zhejiang in east China. Beijing is not included in this policy. You can not enjoy the free visa.
