About:Beijing Capital Airport T3

Transfer time at PEK

I'm coming from Los Angeles to Pek with air China and I have a 2 hr layover, then Pek to Manila with Air China still.

Will I make connection in time?

Yes, you can make it. The MCT for your case is actually an hour. No worry!

On the way back to the States(from Manila)I am with Air China again, and have a 1 hr and 20 mins layover in PEK en route to Los Angeles. Will it be the same issue?

Yes, the minimum connection time is 1 hour. But hurry up and do not waste time :)
