First, you can book round-trip tickets and hotels. Then, prepare your passport, a copy of your passport's data page, the original and photocopy of your working holiday permit in Japan, a filled-out application form of which the first page is glued with your recently-taken photo, and the tickets and hotel booking records. Then, go to the respective embassy or consulate to submit the application.
