Dear, as long as your transit time is less than 72 hours for your both transit in Guangzhou, it won’t cause any problems.
You can enjoy the 72 hour free transit in Guangzhou for both legs of your trip.

Ronald, relax! If you are Belgium citizen, you can use this policy for both legs of the trip. And you don't have to stay in the transit zone. You can go out side to tour the city.
