About:Shanghai Pudong Airport

Public Transportation from Pudong Airport vs to Taxi URBN Hotel Quickest at 6pm

What would you suggest for transportation from Pudong Airport to my hotel at 183 Jiaozhou Rd, Jing'an, Shanghai, China. When reading the information above, i was not sure if it might be faster to take the Maglev and the Line 2 or catch a cab. i will have luggage and will be arriving at 6pm.

Yes, you are suggested to take Maglev Train first. The train will spend around 8 mins. The ticket fare is CNY 50 per person.
Then take subway line 2 to Jing'an Temple Station, Exit 3. After that, walk northwest around 850 yards (770 meters) to find the hotel. It takes around 20 mins. The fare is CNY 4 per person.
6pm is the peak hour and it's not suggested to use taxi, as there is a great possibility of traffic jam. But the subway train may be rather crowded. Be prepared!
