How do I go from Chengdu Airport to Holiday Inn Express in West Daqiang Street?

How do I go from the airport to the hotel, by taxi or public transportation?
How much does each of the options cost?

Take airport shuttle bus line 2 to Tianfu Square East first. The ticket fare is CNY 10 per person. Then walk northeast around 0.6 mile to find the hotel.
If by taxi from the airport, the fare is CNY 50-60 in the day time.
