Hello. I want to apply for double tourist L type. I am from Ukraine and I am staying in Thailand with tourist entry permit. Can I get double toursit L type in Bangkok?

Hi Alex, it's possible for you to apply from Bangkok, but it's hard to say whether you can get the double-entry L type because you are not applying in your home country and you just stay in Thailand temporarily.
