Hello. I am Ukrainian, I have a Ukrainian passport. I am in the USA under the program for Ukrainians you 4 you.
At the moment, I have been living in the USA for 5 months.
Can I apply for a tourist visa ( L ) from the USA?
flying out of the USA and returning back to the USA.
