From Xian airport to the railway station. What time does the railway ticketing opens? Our arrival time is 11.15pm. Once arrival we are going to Louyang. That's why I need to know how long does the shuttle bus takes to arrived at train station.

So you will take train from North Railway Station to Luoyang, right? It takes around 30-50 minutes from the airport to the railway station. I guess the railway ticket window opens at about 8:00 but the ticket vending machine is available for 24 hours.

Sure. You can purchase the train tickets at the vending machine or book the tickets in advance.

Can we book our tickets less than a week before departure? Tickets book in advance can we
collect it at the airport as after arrival at X'ian airport?

Yes, you can book the tickets before departure, but in order to guarantee the tickets availability, I suggest you book it as early as possible. The tickets can not be collected at the airport. You may collect it at the tickets window of railway station with your passports.

We can collect our tickets even thou is early morning as 1.30am once we arrived at the railway station.
