Minimum wait time to try again after Refusal of Hong kong visa

I am from Bangladesh. on January 2016 i was refused to get a Hong kong tourist entry permit. Now I want to know what is the minimum wait time to try again after refusal of it?

Generally speaking, you need to wait for at least three months before submitting the application again.
